Can we swim during the session?

It depends on conditions and your guide's call, but swimming access closes at 7pm during summer and 5pm in winter, so earlier sessions give you more flexibility if you want to get in the water.

Is this a good option for families?

Yes, it's one of the reasons we offer the 4-seater — parents and kids (or a group of friends) can ride together with one guide watching over the whole group instead of splitting up across two jet cars.

Do you offer hotel pickup for this ride?

Yes, private pickup and drop-off is available for AED 450 per car, which comfortably covers a family or group of 4–5 people. We confirm your exact pickup time by WhatsApp or email the day before your booking.

What's your cancellation policy?

A 10% cancellation fee applies to every booking. For 1–3 guests, cancelling 96 hours or more before your booking means you only pay that 10% fee, 24 to 96 hours before is a 50% fee, and inside 24 hours is charged in full. Group bookings of 4 or more follow a 7-day (50% fee) and 5-day (100% fee) cutoff instead, and refunds go back to your original payment method within 30 days.

About This Experience

The 4 Seater Jet Car is the version of our ride built for groups — up to four riders can go out together instead of splitting across two jet cars. We've operated this experience from Dubai Marina since 2008.

Like the rest of our jet car fleet, it's finished in gold and powered by a Yamaha 1800cc engine, so the extra seating doesn't come at the cost of performance. Every rider gets a life jacket, and a guide stays close throughout the session.

Pick a 20-minute, 30-minute, or 60-minute slot depending on how long your group wants to stay out on the water — fuel and the safety briefing are included either way.
