Refund Policy
We want cancellations to be simple and predictable. This policy explains the fees that apply if you need to cancel or change a booking with Jet Car Dubai.
Cancelling an Individual Booking
Standard bookings (1 to 3 guests) carry a 10% cancellation fee. On top of that, how much of your payment you get back depends on how far ahead of your activity you cancel:
- • 96 hours or more before your activity: no cancellation fee beyond the standard 10%.
- • Between 24 and 96 hours before your activity: 50% cancellation fee.
- • Less than 24 hours before your activity: 100% cancellation fee (non-refundable).
Cancelling a Group Booking (4+ Guests on One Booking)
- • 7 days or more before your activity: 50% cancellation fee.
- • 5 days or fewer before your activity: 100% cancellation fee (non-refundable).
Group refunds, like individual ones, are completed within a maximum of 30 days.
What's Never Refundable
Service charges and taxes are non-refundable in all circumstances. Any session that has already started is non-refundable once underway.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (Visa or Mastercard) within a maximum of 30 days from the date the refund is approved.
Weather & Sea Conditions
Our water activities run subject to weather and sea conditions. If we need to reschedule your session for safety reasons, our team will contact you as early as possible to arrange a new date and time.
How to Cancel
Cancellation requests are accepted by email only, at [email protected], with your booking reference — we can't process a cancellation over WhatsApp or a phone call. Send your request as early as possible; the earlier we hear from you, the more options we have.
