By booking an activity with Jet Car Dubai, you agree to the terms below. Please read them alongside our Refund Policy.

Booking & Payment

A 35% advance payment secures your booking. We accept Visa and Mastercard, with all prices shown in AED. Your booking confirmation is sent by email, typically within 48 hours of payment.

Cancellations

A 10% cancellation fee applies to every booking. For 1-3 guests: cancelling 96 hours or more before your activity means you only pay that 10% fee, 24 to 96 hours before is a 50% fee, and inside 24 hours is charged in full. Group bookings of 4 or more follow a 7-day (50% fee) and 5-day (100% fee) cutoff instead. Cancellation requests are accepted by email only — not by WhatsApp or phone call. Non-Refundable Items

Service charges and taxes are non-refundable in all circumstances, and any session that has already commenced is non-refundable.

Age Requirements

Water sports activities (jet car, jet ski, parasailing, flyboard) are generally suitable from age 8 with a guardian present; desert buggies and quads are suitable from age 10. The person completing the booking must be at least 18 years old.

Safety Requirements

You must follow all safety instructions given by our guides and instructors, including wearing provided safety equipment (life jackets, helmets where applicable) at all times during your activity. We reserve the right to end a session early if safety instructions are not followed.

Weather & Rescheduling

Activities run subject to weather and sea conditions. If a session needs to be rescheduled for safety reasons, we will contact you as early as possible to arrange an alternative date.
